My motivational work also includes guest appearances and promotional work.
Every year I have the opportunity to work alongside and be involved with some fantastic charity / fund raising events. These range from small local projects working with schools, shop openings, charity fundraisers and community work through to large scale multi-million pound national promotions.
I am currently working with a number of charitable organisations both locally and nationally and have also, previously, been fortunate enough to be involved with events including being nominated as a flame ambassador ahead of the 2012 Olympic Games, which saw me carry the torch through my home town of Preston.

2018 WEST MIDLANDS INSURANCE INSTITUTES AWARDS
West Midlands insurance and financial services professionals gathered to celebrate their achievements in September West Midlands insurance and financial services professionals gathered to celebrate their achievements in September at the 2018 West Midlands Insurance Institutes Awards.
Guests filled Marco Pierre White’s restaurant at The Cube in Birmingham for the prestigious event, hosted by the institutes of the west Midlands – Birmingham, Coventry, Shropshire & Mid Wales, Stoke on Trent and Stratford upon Avon – with support from the Birmingham Personal Finance Society.
Awards were presented to those companies demonstrating excellence in professionalism, reputation and ethical practice across eight specific disciplines.
OLYMPIC TORCH BEARER (2012)
Together with my parents, grandparents, brother, aunties and uncles and other members of my family, I was cheered on by 24 soldiers from my Scots Guards regiment as I carried the torch through the city of Preston.
I was one of 139 torchbearers who carried the flame between Kendal and Blackpool back in 2012.
I also attended a ceremony in Trafalgar Square in London, before I transported the flame to Manchester. I then took the flame onto the Flag Market in Preston, where I marched alongside five other injured soldiers, as part of the Second Proclamation of the Guild. I ended the march by presenting the flame to the Lord Lieutenant of Lancashire, Lord Shuttleworth, to open the Preston Military Show.

My motivational speaking has also allowed me the opportunity to become more involved with a number of charities and organisations including becoming an ambassador for the Invictus Games, Fisher House, Sparta Insurance and Centrix Underwriting.
